This disclaimer applies to the use of the website of DreamGlow. Your order is governed by the terms and conditions; this page concerns the site itself: its content, its links and the use of what you read on it. This version is dated 10 August 2026.

Article 1 — Content of the site

We compile the information on this site with care and keep it up to date. Even so, it can happen that something is outdated, incomplete or no longer accurate — a photo that does not exactly show the latest colour gradient, a text that has not yet been updated. That does not give you a right to more than what is already binding: the product description and price at the time of your order (article 4 of the terms and conditions) and the confirmation you receive afterwards. If another part of the site is outdated, those two remain decisive.

Article 2 — Usage information, not advice

For products you use on your skin — our gua shas, rollers and Boobtape — we provide instructions for use: how to apply them, how to remove them, what to watch out for. That information is intended to help you use the product properly. It is not medical advice and not personal skin advice, and it does not replace an assessment by a doctor, dermatologist or other professional.

If you have a skin condition, an allergy, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, consult a doctor or dermatologist before using it. If you use a product despite a skin complaint for which it is not suitable, or otherwise than the instructions for use prescribe, that falls under article 16 of the terms and conditions — a circumstance on your side.

Article 3 — Links to other websites

This site sometimes contains links to third-party websites, for example from a carrier to track a shipment, or from a payment provider to check out. We have no control over the content of those other sites and are not responsible for what is stated or happens on them. A link does not mean we endorse the content of the linked site.

Article 4 — Intellectual property

The texts, photos, design, logos and the brand name DreamGlow are protected by copyright and trademark law and belong to us or to our licensors. You may view them and save or share them for your own, non-commercial use. Reuse, distribution or other use for commercial purposes is only permitted with our prior written consent.

Article 5 — Liability

For damage arising from your order, article 16 of the terms and conditions applies. For other use of the site — browsing it, using the usage information from article 2 — we are liable only to the same extent as article 16 describes for a failure to perform, with the same exceptions: we never exclude liability for death or personal injury or for intent or deliberate recklessness, and the product liability under afdeling 6.3.3 BW (the Dutch Civil Code) always remains fully in force.
